Yup, in my experience anyway, and as Owen Jones goes to lengths to point out, trans/homophobes really don’t care what form gender transgression takes. They rarely bother to distinguish between objections to trans/gay/nonbinary/etc people. We’re all fucked up in their eyes, because we don’t hew to traditional gender roles — whether it’s because we fuck the wrong people or wear the wrong clothes and makeup. In their minds, it’s all the same thing.
