One minor clarification, though. I didn't actually tweet that. Esther Spurrill-Jones did. She controls the Prism & Pen social media accounts, though I always retweet (or share depending on the platform) from my own personal account.

Isn't it wild? We suspect Musk's inane idea that the neutral term "cisgender" is hate speech. That's the likeliest explanation for why that P&P tweet was restricted. Whatever the reason, though, it's clear that Twitter is not the free-speech zone Musk promised when he bought it — only for Republicans and other conservatives.

"Freedom for me but not for thee!"

That's actually a pretty good way to describe the Republican Party today and the entire MAGA movement.
