You’re absolutely right, this must be ALL of our problem. It must be the problem of all good, decent, moral people. Even if people like Nicole Akers and Frank McKinley don’t want it discussed, stigmatization and exclusion of LGBTQ writers from Medium publication matters.

Homophobic bigotry matters. It’s a serious moral question that all of us must face up to. Shame on both Frank and Nicole for suppressing my attempt to discuss this very serious issue when I posted about it on their Facebook group Medium Mastery today. But maybe they don’t know me as well as people like some people know me. I will never let this rest until we have open and honest conversations about this problem, until we lance the boil of homophobia that appears to be infecting Medium right now.
