You’d think it’s satire, you’d suppose it’s comedy, honest to God, made for Saturday Night Live hilarity that’s only funny because nobody could actually believe it.

Like Betty White supposing a homeless man in a fur coat is a cat. (Sorry, I just watched that skit and I’m still dying. Love Betty!)

But it isn’t comedy, it’s Republican legislators being so stupid they don’t even comprehend how ridiculous they are.

I’d laugh, except if this travesty passes, years will go by as good teachers fight to get it overturned while they worry about breaking the law for teaching true facts.
