You'd probably enjoy Russian! It has a similar phonetic inventory to Spanish (meaning much smaller than English, lol), very simple spelling once you learn the Cyrillic alphabet, and quite a few words that Yiddish has imported.

Unlike Spanish, however, Russian retains quite complex grammatical declension, similar to classic Latin.

And Russian motion verbs! Ugh. They are as hard to master for native English speakers as the difference between ser and estar in Spanish.
