You sound just like my Aussie boyfriend, who said exactly the same thing about AFL. ;-) The only thing is, he used to say that there was nothing to see in Melbourne! Unlike the character in my story, I really did learn to appreciate AFL. It was cricket by Ozzie amour never managed to sell me on. Fred Shirley is doing his level best to change that.
