You shouldn’t be writing this article without pointing out that Baylor University is being sued for the way it very badly mistreats LGBTQ students, about how they applied for and received a Title IX waiver so they can continue to enforce homophobic policy and hurt members of gender and sexual minorities.

The administrators of Baylor University are bad people with evil beliefs.

They may have been the underdog in sports terms and therefore popular for that, but I’ll tell you right now that decent people everywhere were rooting for them to go down hard because of how horrible they are.

Whenever we write about people with evil homophobic beliefs and policies, we should call them out for that evil.

Any religion that makes hurting LGBTQ people a central part of its mission is sick and foul.

Any university that enforces policies based on a religion like that needs to be shamed. They certainly need to lose the right to receive federal funds, and they should have their tax-exempt status yanked like Bob Jones’ was yanked in the 70s for its religiously racist policies.

Here are two recent stories that include details of how taxpayer-funded Baylor hurts LGBTQ students. Shame on Baylor and their evil administrators.

Here’s another story about the class action lawsuit that names Baylor, which cites recent academic studies about how many Christian colleges and universities hurt LGBTQ students.
