You seem not to understand employment law. Refusing to hire LGBTQ people or woman who have sex outside of marriage is not freedom, it's unjust discrimination. I used to do IT consulting work for the "Gay Financial Network" run by a man who was the first out gay member of the New York Stock Exchange. This may shock you, but he did not make hiring decisions based on people's sexual orientation. He didn't even ask. Nor, obviously, did he restrict clientele to gay people, though he actively marketed to them.
