You remind me that my late husband Lenny called deviled eggs Russian eggs. Maybe that was part of his Jewish tradition, I don't know, but he sure did have a varied palette. Living with him, I learned to eat all kinds of food that were unusual to me. And he did the same as I introduced him too traditional Midwestern country cooking.

I'm glad to see all the variety here; it's what makes life really interesting and fulfilling. :-)
