You know, you remind me that Lenny had a mustache off and on during the decade we were together.

I’m pretty sure he had one the day we met, though I honestly can’t recall 100%.

I’m free associating here. I just remembered something thanks to you.

Lenny was great friends with Cassandra Peterson, AKA Elvira, Mistress of the Dark.

They used to do P-Town together. Before me, but I saw all the pictures.

Maybe there’s a story in that? Hard to say, given I never met her personally.

But back to mustaches, I’m remembering the bushy droopy one he had in some photos with her at Race Point!

I was telling Fred Shirley about Elvira the other night, thinking it would amuse him, but alas, the generation and Atlantic gaps sort of nixed it.
