You know, when I first read about the NHS conducting randomized trials on puberty blockers, I didn't understand how it was going to work, because like you say, it's obvious if you're going through puberty or not.

So it can't really be a blind trial.

I figured there would be some sort of protocol for that. Not that I knew how it could work. Now I see how it is. It's not even supposed to work.
