You know there's no such thing as standard American English, right? I mean, there is by definition but it's not a dialect spoken by anything like a majority of people.

Every pronunciation "mistake" you describe is ordinary in certain American dialects . I'm sure if a trained linguist analyzed the way you speak, they would find regional accent variations.

That's no reason to drive yourself crazy. Languages are living things that evolve constantly.
