You know, it’s funny. Back in the 1990s in New York City, my Jewish partner’s friends seemed way more critical of Israel than a lot of Jews today.

It seemed like everyone we knew felt free to call for more respect and equity for Palestinians. Today, it’s a much touchier subject. I wonder what has changed?
