You know, even Elsa was so excited that she had to try her own hand (er paw) at a submission. I think the story she typed on my laptop keyboard was meaningful to her. It went like this —

&*&&&&&&%%%%((((((((@@@@@@@@@GHGLL:JL

awwwwwwererrmm;kokooooooooooooooooooo]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]

mnbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb

When I told her I couldn’t accept her submission because Prism & Pen publishes only in English, she gave me the stink eye and called me out. “But GB Rogut uses Spanish in her stories,” she complained, “and I saw you scheduling her submission a few minutes ago. And Dennett too! She speaks Spanish. You’re just prejudiced against kittens!”

I told her if she dropped it, I’d let her help me with my own snowman story. That seems to have settled her down for the moment. ;-)

But I do believe she’s holding my phone charging cable as collateral.
