You have to wonder about feminists crowing over Trump's executive orders about trans people while other of his orders are withholding food and medical care from tens or hundreds of millions of people around the world.

You have to wonder how they can be so wrapped up in their anti-trans hatred that they're dismissing some of the most extreme and inhumane cruelty we've witnessed in a very long time — much of it disproportionately affecting women.

Expectant mothers in parts of Africa have long counted on HIV testing and treatment funded by the United States. Today, because of Trump executive orders, at least hundreds of thousands of women are not going to be able to be tested for HIV while pregnant, and they won't be able to receive treatment to stop their children from becoming infected during the birth process.

Yet so-called feminists are praising him?
