You can say that again. Funny that I read this on a morning when I woke up to find I can barely walk due to pain from an illness that flares up and remits in an unpredictable cycle. Making coffee and letting the cat out (and then back in) left me skaky, nauseated, and exhausted.

I rarely tell people about acute arthritis attacks anymore, because I know it's boring, it sounds like complaining, and there's nothing anyone can do anyway.

But maybe I should.

Maybe you should, more, sometimes. Hell, I don't know. It's hard, isn't it?
