You can make tea with loose leaves and not have them swimming around in your cup. ;-)

The Russians use a samovar, in which they brew incredibly strong tea, strain it, then mix it with hot water.

The English also like loose tea services. brewing the tea in one of those lovely porcelain teapots they’re famous for, and then pouring the tea through a strainer into a cup.

Tea bags can make good tea. There’s nothing wrong with the idea of a tea bag. But American tea bags like Lipton are usually filled with stems and leaf rejects, producing a brew that serious tea lovers turn their noses up at.

Dima can tell just by looking that what’s inside the bags isn’t good tea.
