Yes! You know I published a story Thursday about a lesbian couple's dream wedding being saved by a stranger after some homophobic weirdness had ensued. That story got reported a bit in places like Pink News, but most folks will never have read it. So I wrote about it (and some of my own past wedding wishes) just to tell a happy story about queer people being ordinary.

We need more of that, even though happy stories don't "sell" very well most of the time.
