Yes, we there seems to be some minimal progress in fits and starts. Sadly, sometimes, more fits. LGBTQ people all over the world are saddened, angered, and horrified today that haters and bigots have hijacked the United Methodist Church, strengthening evil policies that stigmatize and exclude us. This is happening at the same time that the Archbishop of Canterbury made the jaw-droppingly horrifying and insulting decision to explicitly bar bishops same-sex spouses from the Anglican Lambeth conference. We are so tired of Christians treating us as subhuman. It’s disgusting and exhausting.
