Yes, things are really bad out there. I promote all my stories on Twitter, which brings me significant readership, so I feel that I need to. But I literally cannot tweet about any LGBTQ related story, directly trans-related or not, without getting intensely hateful comments about trans people.

I'm not even trans, and I end many of my days feeling absolutely ICKY as I review comments.

It's hard for me to understand why people have to be so hateful. Sigh.
