Yes, I wrote the other day that disabled people are something like collateral damage in Abbott’s cynical attempt to suppress LGBTQ rights in Texas. His move with the State board last week was Act II of a play that began early in 2019 with legislation that ultimately failed in the Texas state senate.

I’m fascinated to see your article because in all the research I did about this story, I never came across the fact that Abbott is in a wheelchair. I find that just astounding.
