Yes! I wrote a story last year about a 5th grade teacher in Oklahoma who called boys fags to discipline them and encouraged other children to call boys fags.

Literally, he enlisted children to be bullies. I learned about it because 4 families in the school district contacted me to complain, asking if I could expose the teacher's bullying to a national audience.

I managed to do that by publishing in a mainstream LGBTQ newspaper, and then other outlets picked the story up.

But that teacher suffered zero consequences for bullying and encouraging children to bully.
