Yes, I recently wrote an article about how the Heartstopper graphic novels are being banned from school libraries and even placed on restricted shelves in public libraries. I read another news report yesterday about a public library restricting Heartstopper as "pornographic."

The irony is that Heartstopper is famously not sexual, let alone pornographic. The teenagers in the story do not have sex. They don't even seem to think much about sex.

But because the protagonist are a same-sex couple, the graphic novels are shouted down as pornographic anyway.

It's awful.
