Yes, I ran into one excellent essay yesterday in which the author spoke up passionately in favor of transgender rights, but several times used the word transgendered.

The use struck a dissonant note for me, and reminded me that much work needs doing educating people about issues in a helpful way.

Keep on putting that good info out there!
