Yes, I posted my own story about the Methodist schism yesterday morning. While there is much to be celebrated about it, I was saddened to see that leaders of the denomination extended blessings and respect to those who would exclude LGBT people.

Even in splitting over the issue, somehow the church is managing to still spread toxic messages. Disheartening.
