Yes! I have been rich and I have been poor, and now I find myself in similar shoes to yours. I can pay my bills and have a little left over if I watch what I spend.

Never have I found that an excess of money created any happiness in my life.

Though I can certainly say that not having enough money created much stress and unhappiness, so I do understand the need for money.

Mostly I understand that happiness and fulfillment come from things we cannot buy, no matter how much money we have.
