Yes!

Besides the excellent point you make, there’s a big difference between population perspective in evidence-based medicine and personal perspective.

Sure, evidence indicates that most women past a certain age don’t get pregnant. But that “most” implies that some women do, and the numbers are not insignificant.

Your sexy young doc just misapplied correct population statistics in a personal, clinical setting.

Tsk tsk. Not supposed to do that.
