Yes, a friend of mine lives in India where his family are Hindu. They observe Christmas and other holidays that fall outside their particular family observances. It's hard for me to understand what these conservatives are trying to do. Or I should say more properly, why they're doing it. It's obvious they're trying to squelch cultural practices that aren't in the mainstream. They're up front about that. I just don't get why they're so offended by how other people celebrate -- offended enough to call for boycotts.
