Wow, you evidently haven't been keeping up with LGBTQ news over the last several years. Queer people are fleeing red states these days en masse, as an LGBTQ backlash sweeps over the nation.

Trans people are the most affected, and I've personally interviewed several families forced to sell possessions and move hundreds or thousands of miles to try to find safety.

And there are all the Don't Say Gay laws in similar laws in red states that don't necessarily force people to move, but force them to be closeted and untrue to themselves.

As the hauling people into court, The federal judiciary is becoming increasingly conservative, and is already quite hostile to claims of discrimination against queer people.
