Why you have certainly made a clear and compelling case for carefully considering ideas about bisexuality and pansexuality, we should probably be clear that not all people who identify as pansexual and bisexual accept your definitions.

At least one writer right here on An Injustice would disagree very strongly with your first point.

Perhaps something to consider with identity labels is that they are very personal, and it really isn’t always possible to give an absolute definition.

Maybe what matters the most is that we respect one another and respect the labels that we use.
