When I was in plastics recycling, I bid on a couple of jobs for Ford and spend a little time at “The Rouge,” as the plant is called by Detroiters. I knew a little bit of this story then and other similarly inspirational ones, and walking around in my hard hat and safety vest, I couldn’t help feeling a little awe struck.

By the way, anyone who gets to the Detroit area should seriously consider a visit to the Ford museum in Dearborn.
