What’s most scary about all this is that Republican control of both houses of Congress is a very serious possibility next year. What looks completely nuts now probably won’t be looking so nuts a year from now. Trump is firmly in control of the Republicans Party, Gingrich knows it, and we had better take his words as a serious warning of what’s coming.
