What the holy fuck IS this? Federal employees on horses are using WHIPS on people? This is the most disturbing, disgusting thing I’ve seen in quite a while.

That man needs to spend time in prison, and the people who authorized him to use a whip, if such people exist, need to join him behind bars.

It’s revolting how depraved law enforcement people can be. That man on the horse is a brute, a bully, a foul degenerate of a human being. When we call for the defunding of police it’s because of sick cops like him.
