What a story! Until I started getting to know transgender women writers, I didn’t know that many marriages stay intact after transition. Your story is quite the roller coaster. I can see how difficult and stressful it must have been at times for both of you. I’m amazed, frankly, that as a couple, you had the strength to pull it off.
