What a cool story, and thanks so much for sharing it! The Power Rangers were well after my time, but you've caused me to think about some of my own childhood heroes and to wonder about how they formed and shaped me.

I'm pretty sure some of my own thirst for justice and societal decency springs from heroes I idolized, though mostly from books rather than television.
