We’re enjoying some nice single digit and below-zero single digit temperatures, and Elsa has finally decided that being a house cat during the winter is the better part of valor.

Last winter, she was determined to spend significant amount of time outdoors no matter the temperature; this winter she’s falling in love with a little heating pad I acquired for my aching joints, but which she decided belongs to her.

Based on your nature-TV loving cat, I’ve stationed the heating pad where she can easily watch television as she basks, but so far she hasn’t shown any interest in the screen.
