We're certainly at a cusp in the United States right now, with our upcoming federal election. It's going to be a very close call between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

The potential of Trump winning the election is terrifying to me as a queer person.

I have hope that Harris's evident humanity and decency will convince my fellow Americans to vote for her instead of for ignorance and hate, but I tremble inside every day knowing that EVERYTHING is up in the air.
