Well said! My conservative Christian family and neighbors in western Michigan almost literally worship trump, and I cannot for the life of me imagine why.

Their mindset is such that the truth simply does not matter to that. They deny climate change. They refuse to wear masks, they refuse to get vaccinated, and to them it is somehow all tied up with their religious beliefs, which somehow cause them to value ignorance and superstition over science and truth.

To get them to say something is false, tell them a scientist said it, then watch them snort in division.

To see their faces twist up in hate, just say the name Obama.

It's beyond understanding.
