Well... Let's be clear. Of course it's "professional" to talk about sexuality at work. Workers all over the United States, everyday, practically every hour, talk to their professional colleagues about their straight marriages, their children, etc.

It's not that it's "unprofessional" to talk about sexuality. It just "unprofessional" to talk about anything other than straight sexuality.

That's classic homophobic bigotry in the workplace. Sigh. We all need to resist this bigotry as hard as we can.
