Well, I'm a gay man who knows that the definition of sexual orientation is about sexual attraction. Obviously, being gay is about sex. That doesn't mean it's about having sex all the time. I'm getting on in yours and no longer have a very active sex life, but still, my being gay is about sex. It is inescapably about sex.

In fact, I'm a little confused by your implication (I think) that being gay is about fashion and television and other things like that.

It really isn't. It's about sexual attraction. Being gay is and only is defined by sexual attraction. So being gay is about sex.

Now, our conservative enemies want to make that sound shameful. Because they're prudes. Because they're ashamed of sex.

We shouldn't buy into their prudery. Sexuality is a component of being human that should be celebrated not shamed.

Sex is wonderful!
