Unfortunately, that's not how it works with religious schools. Congress saw fit to exempt them from Title IX, and while I deplore that, we're stuck with it at least for now.

But what we're not stuck with, or what we shouldn't have to be stuck with, is taxpayers footing the bill for Christian institutions that discriminate against and mistreat members of minorities.

These voucher programs funding segregation academies have got to go.
