Tragically, this is what we get when the Republican Party controls the Supreme Court. The GOP is an institution dedicated to the principles of white supremacy and patriarchy. So when justices aligned with GOP values dominate the court, increases levels of systemic racism are inevitable. That's practically the GOP party platform: deny systemic racism exists, and then harness that denial to continue giving white people unfair systemic advantages in U.S. society.
