To me, it doesn't sound reasonable under any circumstances.

Women must the fundamental and absolute human right, as recognized by practically every serious human rights organization in the world, to autonomy over and control of their own bodies.

This must never be subject to annulment by any voter anywhere.

That's what our Supreme Court should be for, to protect people from the tyranny of the majority. Human rights and elections have no place together.
