Those diamonds sound absolutely fabulous! I don't wear jewelry, but I used to because my partner wanted to gift me with rings and chains and things.

I wore a silver lambda necklace once in a while, set with turquoise. I had rings set with very unusual stones.

The more unusual, the better the both of us liked them.

I certainly would not have objected if Lenny had bought me white diamonds. But that's not really the kind of people we were.

Maybe that's a queer thing!

Maybe living outside the mainstream dictated that our tastes would probably lie outside the mainstream too.

I wish you still owned those canary diamonds and could rock them with Pride!
