This pastor had a background in law enforcement, apparently, and knows his rights. He knows Georgia is not a "stop and identify" state. He knows Georgia cops must have a reasonable, articulable suspicion that a crime is taking place or is about to take place in order to demand identification from someone.

He knows "obstructing government operations" is not a magic hack to strip people of their 4th amendment rights.

None of that knowledge, however, was enough to keep him out of handcuffs and out of jail.

The cops in the United States are out of control. They are lawless, racist bullies – and I'm not talking about a few isolated exceptions. I'm talking about most cops in most police departments across the country.

If this video doesn't demonstrate the problem with clarity, then the person watching has a racism problem of their own.

Defund the police.
