This may surprise some, but not people familiar with Pence’s record as the governor of Indiana.

When a portion of his state was faced with an unexpected HIV epidemic that was claiming life after life, Pence politicized the situation and refused, for months, to implement policies the CDC told him were necessary to stop the epidemic and save lives.

He refused for baldly religious and ideological reasons, disregarding the lives of the people he was supposed to be responsible for.

Cold-blooded serial killer is a literally apt description of Mike Pence.
