This looks marvelous and right up my alley. Unfortunately for me, I live pretty far out in the country and when I went into town yesterday for a couple week’s worth of supplies, I completely forgot to buy prawns.(even though I look right at them twice. Such is the price of being a distracted airhead. 🤣) So I’ll have to wait to try this, but at least I can order the sauce online right away.
