This is where we're at right now in red states, and it's outraging. This girl wants to go to school, but her school refuses to take her, because she's trans. She obviously can't use the boys restroom; look at her. I'm not saying this should matter or not, but she totally passes. She would be, to all outward appearances, a girl in the boys room.

She wouldn't be safe, and that would be completely disruptive.

The school refuses to accommodate her other than to tell her not to enter the building. We will not educate you here.

For that, a judge has her placed in foster care. Her adoptive parents were on board with that, by the way. They are not supportive of her being trans. Note how in the video she talks about them not loving her.
