This is such a weird part of our society! I never cease to be astonished by how much people seem to care about strangers' sex lives.

Of course, this has always been especially important to me as a queer person, as one of the targets of that negative caring. But the meddling doesn't stop with queer, as you well know.

We need to do something about our Puritan roots that tell us that it's okay to concern ourselves with what other people do in their bedrooms.
