This is clearly a big problem, and with the Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby decision, that religious employer will get away with forcing his religious beliefs on the people who work for him. This is related, but not quite the same legal thing, as denying health care to trans people, which is against the law — both New Hampshire law and at least 2 U.S. federal laws.
